Project Description

Queenswood, Hedge End is a residential development of twelve individually designed homes for Metis Homes. The construction of the properties had its technical challenges in terms of construction and design due to a steeply sloping access to the area. The approach road and drainage systems were constructed initially to control the water on the site. Consideration had to be given to the management of water facilities in both temporary and permanent conditions. The fully designed project was successfully completed and handed back to the developer for their sales and marketing needs.
