The scaffolding is coming down above Franco Manca for phase 2 of the new fascia.
Flag poles are up in homage to the original design.
Phase 1 demolition works to the 1960s facade are completed.
Later this year the 1st floor will be open for @patchplaces including shiny new windows, we’ll have green tiling finishing off the green hoarding above the ground floor windows and the old 1960s facade will be replaced with a newly refurbished feature fascia.
In just a few months time the front of the building will be completely transformed!
