Project Description

The refurbishment of units 9 and 10 on The Alpha Centre in Poole was completed following a period of being unutilized. The investor approached Spetisbury Construction to work with Sibbett Gregory to modernise the empty units. External renovations included recladding and adding solar panels to the roofs. Internal floors were levelled and coated with an epoxy finish and all office space was completely refurbished. The deadline for completion was quick and efficient. This allowed the properties to return to commercial use as quickly as possible.
