Project Description

Brudenell Avenue consists of two luxury houses built for a developer client following the successful completion of four previous houses. The houses are built to a design prepared by John Pardey Associates, the award winning Lymington Architect.

The design was inspired by Fallingwater, a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in Pennsylvania, USA. These stunning buildings are completed to a very high standard and sit very well in their Sandbanks location. The properties have been constructed with a variety of high quality materials.
