Project Description

Grovelands on Burton Road is a residential development completed for Metis Homes, a regional property development company. The construction work was negotiated with the client following the successful completion of previous contracts. The project was acquired on a full design and build basis. Spetisbury Construction took the original design and planning consents and developed the build from these drawings to produce a fully considered design. The on-site construction was completed by our teams to provide high quality apartments for the client. Other projects finished for the same client include a development on the site of the old White Hart pub in Dorchester and a development of houses in Hedge End.
