Project Description

Projects completed by Spetisbury Construction are not always straight forward. However, the skills of our team ensure that a completely professional service is provided and that all challenges are met and resolved head on. This development at Wykeham Lodge included the construction of two new penthouses on top of an existing block of flats. The facades of this very plain 1960s building were also refurbished to give a more contemporary appearance.

In order to complete the project an extensive canopy was required to protect the building from the weather over the winter period. The canopy was designed to withstand coastal weather.
